Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking an electrical engineer specializing in RF design theory and AESAs. The role involves design and testing of microwave components, CCAs, and phased array systems, with hands-on responsibilities in RF testing and production support.

This onsite position requires a strong background in Microwave/RF, experience with HFSS and Matlab, and willingness to travel to integration sites. RTX offers competitive compensation and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

Degree in STEM with 2+ years experience or advanced degree.
Experience in Microwave/RF system, subsystem and/or component analysis, design and/or test.
Experience with HFSS, ADS, CST, Genesys, Cadence Virtuoso, Matlab.
Experience performing basic RF calculations and Cascaded Analysis.

Responsibilities

Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
Develop insights that extend knowledge in RF/Microwave field for new concepts and products.
Design and/or test MMIC or module products and test fixtures at RF/microwave frequencies.
Integration and test of component level and system level phased array hardware.
Some travel to integration sites and customer facilities may be required.
