Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Antenna and Microwave Engineer in Tewksbury, MA. The role focuses on RF/Microwave system theory and design, including architectures, subsystems, components, and AESAs.

You will work with circuit card assemblies and electromagnetic theory to support cutting-edge defense technologies. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least five years of relevant experience, plus hands-on use of HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Xpedition, and MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least five years of microwave/RF design and test.
• Hands-on experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS/ADS/CST) and MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
• Integrate and test component-level and system-level phased array hardware.
• Provide technical support to production activities.
• Lead design teams, manage cost and schedule, write proposals, and present to stakeholders.
• Occasional travel to integration sites, customer and subcontractor facilities.
