Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced electrical engineer for the MANTA organization to support development and factory transition of navigation products for the Government marketplace. You will contribute to RF, digital and analog design as part of a cohesive engineering team.

The role requires hands-on lab work, component characterization, integration testing, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. A DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF design and fabrication.
• Experience with RF test and troubleshooting.
• Experience with simulation of RF products.
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 10 years’ experience or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of GPS receivers.
• Design of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) with RF or mixed signals.
• Work in a lab to characterize components and verify modules.
• Test and handle sensitive RF hardware.
• Schematic capture and RF routing.
• Collaborate with power, digital, mechanical and systems teams.
