Qualifications

Requires a STEM bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience and EVMS experience.
Experience leading RF hardware teams and supplier oversight.
Experience RF/Radar hardware development, requirements validation, design, and testing.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team executing complex RF sensor development and integration.
Provide technical management and oversight of suppliers and interface with design, build, deliveries, and issue resolution.
Ensure alignment of technical performance, cost, and schedule with program objectives.
Act as liaison between suppliers, program leadership, and customer.
