Qualifications

• Requires a STEM bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience and EVMS experience.
• Experience leading RF hardware teams and supplier oversight.
• Experience RF/Radar hardware development, requirements validation, design, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team executing complex RF sensor development and integration.
• Provide technical management and oversight of suppliers and interface with design, build, deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment of technical performance, cost, and schedule with program objectives.
• Act as liaison between suppliers, program leadership, and customer.
