Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to support development of complex RF and radar systems. This onsite role requires strong technical leadership, RF hardware development experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet mission requirements.

You will collaborate with project management and multi-discipline teams, ensure performance, cost and schedule alignment, and support security clearance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience including RF hardware development and leadership.
• Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date; potential for special program access after start.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead RF hardware development teams (CCAs, antennas, radars) and oversee suppliers.
• Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment across programs.
• Provide technical management and supplier oversight, including interface on design, build, deliveries and issue resolution.
