RTX in North Texas is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to support a high‑volume RF microelectronics packaging and SMT manufacturing environment. You will apply SPC, DOE and RCCA techniques to improve materials, processes and production support, while working closely with product, quality and reliability engineers.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years’ experience, hands‑on use of automated equipment, and familiarity with military data packages; you will spend significant time in

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with automated machines used in manufacturing.
• Experience navigating technical requirements within military standards and/or other engineering data packages (i.e. product drawings)

Mansioni

• Support Microwave Automated Factory in high‑volume, high‑mix production with on‑site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.
• Support assembly processes involving automated epoxy component attachment (die attach) and cure
• Collaborate with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing
• Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using SPC, DOE, RCCA, material analysis and root cause analysis
• Evaluate materials, equipment and processes and interface with suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Spend 8+ hours per day in a clean room environment following ESD procedures
• Interface with internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues
