US Tech Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for a 12-month contract in McKinney, TX. This hands-on role drives process and material improvements in RF microelectronics manufacturing, supporting high-volume, high-mix production with cross-functional teams and data-driven problem-solving.

You will work with automation and mature production processes, applying SPC, DOE, RCCA and technical writing to document changes and ensure quality.

Competenze

Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience with technical writing, presentations, and communicating with cross-functional teams or experience levels.
Hands-on experience with automated machines used within the RF microelectronics industry.
Experience identifying key process parameters and implementing process control.
Experience navigating technical requirements within military and industry standards and other engineering data packages (i.e., product drawings).
Experience in data analysis using statistical methods and software (i.e., Minitab) for process monitoring and control.
Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) experience.
Manufacturing experience with surface mount technology (SMT), microelectronics, and/or automated assembly equipment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Proven track record of project leadership.
Technical writing experience for operator instructions, process and/or material qualification reports, equipment vendor statements of work, etc.
Experience with technical problem-solving using data-driven methodologies.

Mansioni

Support the RF Radiator, Circulator, and Lids factory in high-volume, high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.
Support assembly processes involving various automated operations including adhesive dispense, adhesive screen print, component placement, automated curing in batch and inline ovens, and optical inspection.
Work hand-in-hand with product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.
Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using established statistical process control techniques, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis.
Ability to spend 8+ hours per day in a clean room environment, following clean room and electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures.
Work day shift with a start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. A 9/80 schedule may be available. Flexibility in starting times may be required based on production demand, as this is a high-volume, 24/7 operation.
