RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for the Microwave Automated Factory in McKinney, TX. This onsite role supports high-volume production in a cleanroom environment, working with cross-functional teams to improve materials and processes and ensure SPC/DOE/RCCA compliance.

You will spend most of the day in a clean room, perform equipment qualification, and interface with suppliers to resolve technical issues while maintaining safety and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with automated machines used in manufacturing.
• Experience navigating military standards and/or other engineering data packages (e.g. product drawings).

Mansioni

• Support the Microwave Automated Factory (ISO Class 8 clean room) in high-volume, high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.
• Support assembly processes involving automated epoxy component attachment (die attach) and cure.
• Work with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.
• Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using SPC, DOE, RCCA, and related analyses.
• Evaluate materials, equipment and processes and interface with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Spend 8+ hours per day in a clean room environment following ESD procedures.
