RTX is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee RF packaging design and lead teams delivering packaging solutions for RF products. The role requires hands-on design, analysis, and documentation across the product life cycle, including GD&T data packages and CAD workflows. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing design and analysis for RF product packaging (CCAs, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses) through product life cycle with 3D CAD.
• Experience creating Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using GD&T.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance after start date.
