RTX seeks a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer in McKinney, TX, onsite in a fast-paced RF microelectronics manufacturing setting. You’ll solve problems, partner with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams, and implement materials and process improvements.

The role requires hands-on work in cleanrooms, use of SPC/DOE/RCCA techniques, and collaboration across automation and production processes to keep high-volume operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with automated RF microelectronics processes including SMT.
• Experience with military/industry data packages and technical drawings.
• Proficient in SPC, DOE and RCCA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supports RF Radiator, Circulator, and Lids factory in high-volume production.
• Handles automated processes: adhesive dispense, screen print, placement, curing, and optical inspection.
• Works with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers on production.
• Applies materials/process improvements using SPC/DOE/RCCA and root cause analysis.
• Onsite in McKinney, TX; work in clean room with ESD procedures.
• Day shift with potential for 9/80 schedule; flexible start times as needed.
