Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading antenna or radome designs through concept to qualification.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling tools and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (thermal, structural, mechanical, systems).
• Coordinate with antenna/radome manufacturing suppliers.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
