Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges and chambers. You will guide project teams, provide technical oversight, and work with government programs to validate range compliance.

The role is onsite in Tucson with opportunities to shape technology roadmaps and modernization efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience in antennas/radomes and ranges.
• Experience testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range.
• Experience with antenna/sensor measurement theory and range operation.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, systems teams to define/analyze requirements and test equipment.
• Manage chamber/range equipment and service suppliers; oversee deployment of new ranges/chambers.
