Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and RCS ranges or chambers in Tucson, AZ. The role requires coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and guiding technical roadmaps to enable modernization and innovation.

You will work with government programs, define requirements, and ensure range/chamber compliance, with an onsite requirement in Tucson. A STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range.
Experience with operation of an antenna, radome, and/or RCS chamber/range.
Ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges and chambers.
Coordinate with chamber/range equipment vendors and service providers.
Oversee implementation of new ranges and chambers.
