Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Director, Reward Partner to lead the Corporate Functions & JLLT Total Rewards agenda. This on-site Chicago role partners with the Global Head of Total Rewards to shape compensation, benefits and incentive programs for a global workforce.

You will build data-driven strategies, partner with HR leadership, ensure market-competitive programs, and lead a high-performing Reward Partner team across the global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 10+ years in Total Rewards with leadership experience.
• Strong compensation, benefits and executive incentive expertise.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the integrated Reward agenda for Corporate Functions & JLLT.
• Partner with Compensation to align job architecture and salary structures.
• Lead and develop the Reward Partner team across the global organization.
• Use analytics to inform decisions and raise the profile of Total Rewards.
