Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Director HR Business Partner for the JLL Technologies group, based in Chicago with hybrid work. The role partners with HR leadership to drive enterprise-wide people strategies, talent development, and organization design.

You will lead complex employee relations, provide executive coaching, and ensure HR programs align with the Accelerate 2030 agenda. The role requires a strong track record in strategic HR, global partnership with executives, and a capability to transform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience; 3–5 years in technology preferred.
• Experience supporting large scale, complex organizations.
• Proven success partnering globally with executives as a strategic thought partner.
• Experience leading organizations through change and transformation.
• Strong analytical, project management, change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and executive leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the JLL Technologies leadership on transformation and long‑term planning for operating models and talent development.
• Lead organizational design including roles, spans and layers, and evolving HR operating model.
• Oversee change management with employee comms, engagement and transition plans.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, culture transformation and engagement programs.
• Lead global workforce planning and talent development initiatives to close capability gaps.
• Provide executive coaching and advisory support to senior leaders and their teams.
• Coordinate with Rewards CoE to align compensation ranges with stakeholder needs.
• Use HR analytics to surface insights for leadership decision making.
