Job summary

JLL in Chicago seeks an Executive Director, Reward Partner for REMS. You will shape and lead the integrated reward strategy, aligning REMS priorities with JLL's global framework and country practices.

As a senior partner to HR leadership, you’ll drive compensation and incentive design, governance, analytics, and program delivery, ensuring equity, competitiveness, and business impact across regions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the integrated Reward agenda for REMS, translating strategy into Reward solutions.
• Partner with Compensation and other teams to ensure job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and Reward frameworks support REMS.
• Collaborate with REMS HR leadership to implement and communicate Reward programs across the business.
• Monitor external trends and benchmarks, using data to identify risks and opportunities and recommend responses.
• Lead the REMS Reward Partner team and ensure coordination across regions and the global REMS organization.
• Develop relationships with REMS leaders and stakeholders, acting as a trusted Reward advisor to attract and retain talent.
• Champion a data-driven approach to inform decisions and raise the profile of Total Rewards.
