Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field required.
• 10+ years of Total Rewards experience with leadership in a global company.
• Experience leading across multiple regions and with executive compensation.
• Strong understanding of incentives, benefits, governance and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver REMS Reward agenda aligned with global strategy.
• Partner on job architecture, market pricing, salary structures and frameworks.
• Lead REMS reward programs, communication and governance.
• Monitor external trends and provide data-driven insights.
• Lead REMS reward team and coordinate across regions.
• Collaborate with Talent, HRBPs and Acquisition to integrate programs.
