Job summary

Kuno Creative Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Strategist to lead complex HubSpot Enterprise engagements from strategy through implementation and ongoing optimization.

You will own discovery, integrations, and delivery for top clients, working with RevOps leadership to scale high-impact engagements. You will guide engagements across marketing, sales, and service teams, building scalable systems, and elevating technical capabilities within a fast-growing, employee-owned agency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Ops, Marketing/Sales Ops, or related field with enterprise accounts
• Deep hands-on HubSpot Enterprise experience with certifications
• Experience with ERP and dialer integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Dialpad/CallRail)
• Ability to design scalable RevOps solutions across platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and technical delivery for HubSpot Enterprise engagements
• Own end-to-end delivery and quality for enterprise accounts
• Advise clients on RevOps strategy and GTM workflows
• Design AI-powered workflows and predictive insights within HubSpot
• Develop repeatable frameworks, SOPs, and documentation
• Mentor team members and contribute to training
