Job summary

Spreedly is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own operations across the full customer lifecycle: the funnel, systems, numbers, deals, and post-sale motion. You'll report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations as the senior IC on a small team, building reports, running the deal desk, and automating data workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or GTM operations, with senior/lead capacity.
• Hands-on approach to building reports, deal desks, and data workflows.
• Strong Salesforce fluency and data storytelling skills.
• Experience supporting post-sale teams and renewal motion is a plus.
• Proven ability to mentor, influence senior stakeholders, and drive automation.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue operations across the full go-to-market funnel with KPI governance.
• Run deal desk for non-standard structures and ensure accurate billing.
• Own forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning.
• Administer and stress-test incentive compensation plans.
• Extend operational rigor to post-sale teams: renewals, onboarding, health signals.
• Own data integrity and analytics; turn data into actionable insights.
• Design and build AI-enabled agents and automations for repeatable work.
• Collaborate with Salesforce ownership and tech partners on system design.
• Set the quality standard for RevOps work and mentor teammates.
• Diagnose pipeline friction and drive cross-functional fixes.
