Outreach is seeking a strategic, senior Sales Operations Manager to partner with Sales, CX, and Marketing. You will own territory design, forecast strategy, and sales processes, driving repeatability, predictability, and scalable growth for the go-to-market organization.

You will collaborate with executives, build dashboards, and ensure data-driven decision making across funnel and pipeline operations. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced AI-first environment.

Competenze

• 7-8+ years of sales operations experience.
• Experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong Excel, data modeling, and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives.
