Job summary

Grace Hill is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy, building automation, integrations, and internal tools to help GTM teams move faster as one connected system across multifamily markets.

The role focuses on design, build, and maintenance of technical solutions addressing operational challenges, with emphasis on API-driven workflows, AI tooling, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Strong background with automation, APIs, and backend integrations.
• Experience using AI/LLM APIs to design/build/maintain automations and workflows.
• Familiarity with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, CPQ, Slack).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (TypeScript, Python, JavaScript) and SQL.
• Ability to translate imperfect data into polished, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build GTM automation and workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success tech stack.
• Create on-demand visibility into product usage, account health, and expansion signals for Sales and CS.
• Design and automate handoffs between GTM functions to preserve context.
• Maintain dynamic account scoring and whitespace mapping for prioritizing opportunities.
• Leverage AI/LLM tooling to speed up action on leads and data enrichment.
• Maintain data hygiene and architecture across the GTM stack.
