The RevOps Engineer builds systems and automation for the GTM stack, turning manual work into reusable solutions. This is a builder role, not an analyst role: the measure of success is what you shipped and whether teams actually use it — lead routing redesigned, handoffs automated, a cleaner CRM — not reports produced. RevOps at Gorgias covers the full customer lifecycle handoffs: marketing → sales → implementation → CX, and all the infrastructure underneath (HubSpot front-end, Vitally back-end).
