Job summary

CNA Search is seeking the first dedicated RevOps hire to build the systems and processes behind a fast-growing B2B SaaS GTM team in the United States. You will own the GTM stack across CRM, enrichment, automation, and reporting, shaping forecasting, attribution, and optimization.

You’ll partner with sales and marketing on GTM programs, automate workflows with APIs and AI, and craft scalable outbound, enrichment, and personalization systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering.
• B2B SaaS and startup experience.
• Hands-on with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Clay.
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, automation, and AI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build from zero.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM stack across CRM, enrichment, automation, reporting, and intent.
• Build pipeline reporting, forecasting, lead routing, scoring, and attribution.
• Automate workflows using APIs, webhooks, and AI agents.
• Build outbound, enrichment, and personalization systems at scale.
• Create internal tools that eliminate manual work.
• Partner with sales and marketing on GTM programs and strategy.
