We seek an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead a client-facing RevOps team, guide architecture, audits, and implementations, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM/Marketing ops or related field.
• Agency/consulting experience across multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years of people management or team leadership.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations engineers and strategists.
• Escalate complex client and technical challenges to ensure quality.
• Own strategic client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects.
• Provide hands-on guidance across Salesforce, HubSpot, and MAPs.
• Design lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, and data governance.
• Translate findings into clear exec-ready recommendations.
• Review work for technical accuracy and strategic quality before delivery.
• Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities with accounts.
• Support scoping, solution design, and new business conversations.
• Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and standards as the practice grows.
• Monitor project health, capacity, and delivery risks.
