Job summary

NetVendor is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to architect and build the technology ecosystem powering our go-to-market organization. You’ll lead HubSpot-centric architecture, integrate Clay, Apollo, OnRamp, and internal data, and build automation and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate revenue operations.

You will report to the Director of RevOps and collaborate with GTM leadership, delivering scalable data platforms and dashboards that drive predictable revenue and measurable leverage across

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GTM Engineering, Revenue Ops, or related technical role.
• Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise with modern GTM tech like Clay, Apollo, or comparable platforms.
• Strong integration experience including APIs, webhooks, middleware, data connections.
• Hands-on experience building automation, AI agents, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong GTM/technical judgment to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and elevate GTM systems ecosystem with HubSpot at the center.
• Connect GTM tech and data, integrating Clay, Apollo, OnRamp, and internal data sources.
• Build automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and boost velocity.
• Prototype emerging GTM tech and take ideas from concept to production.
• Build data infrastructure powering segmentation, routing, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop scalable dashboards, scorecards, and lifecycle reporting.
• Document and improve solutions for scalability and maintainability.
