Job summary

Arvato SE is seeking an Account Manager to lead a reverse logistics program for a high-tech client. You will supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives, own P&L, and manage program scope and execution to meet SLAs.

You will collaborate across Operations, IT, Finance, and other functions to ensure seamless delivery, drive continuous improvement, and report on day-to-day results in regular Business Reviews. Strong leadership and logistics background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business (or comparable work experience).
• Minimum 3 years in Account Management, Program Management, or Customer Service Management.
• Experience in product refurbishment or production and in managing a team.
• Assertive and analytical with ability to establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as key client contact and build strong working relations with decision makers
• Ensure SLAs are met and monitored per contractual agreement
• Collaborate with operations management and quality assurance
• Manage the material management and procurement function of the refurbishment program
• Provide efficient customer service through daily management of the Customer Service Team
• Manage financial objectives and reporting including invoicing and budgeting
• Coordinate interfaces among Service Delivery, IT, Finance, Customs/Trade, Transport and others
• Lead new process development and continuous improvement across the supply chain
• Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly Business Reviews
