Job summary

Arvato is hiring an Account Manager to lead reverse logistics for a high-tech client. You will supervise a Customer Service team, own P&L, and drive program scope, execution, and improvements to meet SLAs and targets.

You will coordinate with operations, IT, finance, and other units, ensuring robust communication with the client and delivering on commitments. A strong leadership and logistics background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business (or comparable work experience).
• Minimum 3 years in Account Management, Program Management, or Customer Service Management.
• Experience in product refurbishment or production.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Assertive, analytical and able to establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as key client contact and build strong working relations with decision makers.
• Ensure SLAs are met and monitored per contractual agreement.
• Closely collaborate with operations management and quality assurance.
• Manage the material management and procurement function of the refurbishment program.
• Provide efficient customer service through daily management of the Customer Service Team.
• Manage financial objectives and reporting including invoicing, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Coordinate interfaces among internal departments to enable scope implementation.
• Lead process development and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly Business Reviews and report on performance.
