Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced operations leader to support our reverse logistics and value-added services operation in Louisville, Kentucky. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse operations supporting product returns, inspection, disposition, refurbishment, kitting, bundling, repackaging, and SKU transformation activities for leading technology and consumer product clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations leadership in 3PL, supply chain, or reverse logistics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Strong focus on KPI management, safety, quality, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for returns, inspection, refurbishment, and SKU transformation.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of operations staff and supervisors.
• Direct labor planning and productivity using workforce management tools.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet service levels.
• Ensure quality, inventory accuracy, and regulatory/compliance standards.
