Oura is seeking a Technical Revenue Accounting and Policy Manager to lead ASC 606 policy development for our global revenue framework and ensure policies evolve with new products and pricing.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, FP&A, and RevOps to surface revenue considerations before deals are signed, document conclusions in clear memos, and build templates and playbooks that scale the function across the business.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with ASC 606.
• Experience in technology, consumer products, subscription, and/or recurring revenue environments.
• Experience reviewing contracts and documenting accounting conclusions for revenue-related matters.
• Strong technical writing skills for concise memos and policy documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts with non-standard terms.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain ASC 606 policy framework for global revenue.
• Deliver accounting conclusions on complex deals with clear memos.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, FP&A, and RevOps before deals are signed.
• Support timely and accurate revenue close and related activities.
• Create templates, checklists, and playbooks; identify automation opportunities.
