Job summary

Rula, a remote-first mental health company, is hiring a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to translate high-level growth goals into concrete plans, models, incentives, and trusted reporting for GTM teams.

You will collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to identify improvements, build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, forecast revenue growth, and support cadence planning. A balance of hands-on analysis and cross-functional work drives scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional RevOps, Sales Ops, Strategy, or Revenue Analytics for B2B/B2B2C GTM motions.
• Proven forecasting and pipeline reporting experience for executive audiences.
• Expertise building complex financial and capacity models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Turn growth goals into concrete RevOps plans, models and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops to identify improvements and drive data-driven decisions.
• Analyse funnel performance, forecast revenue growth, support planning cadences.
• Develop dashboards and reports in BI tools and spreadsheets.
