Job summary

Rula, a remote‑first company, is seeking a Sr. Revenue Strategy & Planning Manager to bring clarity to our B2B growth motions.

You’ll translate high‑level goals into concrete plans, models, incentives, and reporting that our GTM teams can trust and act upon. You’ll partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to identify improvements, build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, forecast revenue growth, and support planning cadences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Revenue Strategy & Planning related roles.
• End‑to‑end ownership of a planning process with OKRs and operating rhythm.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and leverage CRM data for analysis.
• Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve funnel performance and forecast revenue growth.
• Build dashboards and reporting to support go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to align goals and execution.
• Drive hands‑on analysis while coordinating with multiple teams.
