Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager for Fund Administration to own systems, processes, and reporting that keep Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance aligned and moving fast.

You will drive renewal/forecasting workflows, build dashboards, and collaborate across teams to optimize revenue performance. This role emphasizes AI-enabled automation and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations or related field.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales.
• Experience supporting Fund Administration or private markets.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration.
• Experience owning renewal and expansion workflows.
• Experience forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• AI fluency with Claude or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner for Fund Administration.
• Own CRM health and governance across Fund Administration and RevOps.
• Own end-to-end renewal workflow process with documentation.
• Manage forecasting for Fund Administration and RevOps.
• Design and improve revenue processes and tooling.
• Build dashboards showing pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance.
• Establish and enforce rules of engagement with other departments.
• Collaborate with Fund Administration, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on metrics.
• Use AI to orchestrate multi-step workflows across tools.
• Identify automation opportunities in the revenue tech stack.
• Support pricing, packaging, and sales comp planning.
