Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, to lead systems, processes, and reporting that keep Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance aligned. You’ll own CRM health, renewal workflows, forecasting, and cross-functional cadence.

You’ll partner with Fund Administration, Sales, Marketing and Finance, and leverage AI tools to optimize multi-step workflows and drive efficiency across the RevOps stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations or related GTM/Business Ops.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and data governance experience.
• Experience owning renewal/expansion workflows and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM cadences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Revenue Ops partner for Fund Administration and align with Sales, CS, and Finance.
• Own Salesforce health, data quality, workflows, and governance.
• Lead end-to-end renewal and expansion workflows with documentation and accountability.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and cadence-based reporting.
• Design and optimize revenue processes including lead routing and territory/quota administration.
• Build dashboards giving clear views of pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance.
• Establish rules of engagement across Fund Administration and other departments.
