Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, to own systems, processes, and reporting that align Fund Administration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. You’ll manage CRM health, renewal workflows, forecasting, and cross-functional cadences.

You’ll partner with leadership across Fund Administration, Sales, CS, and Finance to improve revenue processes and build dashboards, while leveraging AI tools to streamline multi-step workflows and reduce manual

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales
• Experience supporting Fund Administration or services-driven revenue motions
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience and impact on reporting/forecasting
• Experience owning renewal/expansion workflows and cross-functional alignment
• Forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM cadences
• Strong analytical skills with data/reporting tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear processes and tooling
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; establish rules of engagement
• AI fluency with tools like Claude for multi-step workflows and outputs

Responsibilities

• Serve as Revenue Operations partner for Fund Administration; align priorities and execution across departments
• Own Salesforce health, data quality, workflow config, and process governance
• Own renewal workflow end-to-end; document timelines, responsibilities, actions
• Manage forecasting for Fund Administration with pipeline reviews and cadence reporting
• Design and improve revenue processes (lead routing, opportunity management, territory and quota)
• Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, renewals, revenue performance
• Establish engagement rules with other departments; escalate cross-functional disputes
• Partner with Fund Administration, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on shared metrics and rhythms
• Use AI tools to orchestrate workflows across CRM and reporting tools
• Identify opportunities for automation and tooling improvements; support change management
• Support pricing, packaging, sales comp, territory design, and quota-setting with leadership
