Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, to own the systems, processes, and reporting that keep Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance aligned. You’ll improve renewal/forecasting workflows, dashboards, and cross-functional cadence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related GTM/Business Ops.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales.
• Experience supporting Fund Administration, private markets, or services-driven revenue.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration with impact on reporting/forecasting.
• Experience owning end-to-end renewal/expansion workflows and cross-functional alignment.
• Forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM operating cadences.
• Strong analytical skills with data/reporting tools.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear processes and systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and AI fluency with practical examples.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Revenue Ops partner for Fund Administration, aligning priorities across departments.
• Own Salesforce health, data quality, and governance for Fund Administration and RevOps.
• Manage end-to-end renewal workflow for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead forecasting for Fund Administration with pipeline reviews and cadence reporting.
• Design and improve revenue processes, including lead routing and territory/quota administration.
• Build dashboards to present pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance.
• Set rules of engagement for cross-functional interactions and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on shared metrics.
• Leverage AI tools to automate multi-step RevOps workflows.
