Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, to own systems, processes, and reporting aligning Fund Administration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. You will manage CRM health, renewal workflows, forecasting, and cross-functional reporting cadences, reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations.

The role requires 7+ years in RevOps, fintech/SaaS experience, and strong analytics; AI-augmented workflows are encouraged.

Formación

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops or related GTM/Business Ops role.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales motion.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience and understanding of data/reporting impact.
• Experience owning end-to-end renewal/expansion workflows and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM cadences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary Revenue Ops partner for Fund Administration, aligning priorities across departments.
• Own Salesforce data quality, configuration, and governance for Fund Administration and RevOps.
• Own end-to-end renewal workflow process, with documentation of timelines and actions.
• Manage forecasting for Fund Administration; perform pipeline reviews and reporting cadences.
• Design and continuously improve revenue processes (lead routing, opportunity management, territory/quota) and build dashboards.
