Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, to own systems, processes, and reporting across Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. You will optimize Salesforce, forecasting, renewals, and territory/quota administration while partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate go-to-market performance and enable AI-driven workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Revenue Operations, fintech/SaaS experience, and hands-on Salesforce

Qualifications

7+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM/Business Ops.
Experience in fintech, SaaS or complex B2B enterprise sales.
Experience supporting Fund Administration or similar revenue motion.
Hands-on Salesforce administration and reporting impact.
Experience owning renewal/expansion workflows and documentation.
Forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM cadences.
Strong analytical skills with data/reporting tools.
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into processes and systems.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
AI fluency and ability to design AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Revenue Ops partner for Fund Administration, aligning priorities and execution.
Own Salesforce CRM health, data quality, and governance across Fund Administration and RevOps.
Own end-to-end renewal workflow processes with clear timelines and actions.
Manage forecasting for Fund Administration and RevOps with cadence and metrics.
Design and improve revenue processes to remove friction and enable scale.
Build dashboards for pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance.
Set rules of engagement for cross-functional interactions and escalations.
Partner with Fund Administration, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on shared metrics.
Use Claude and other AI tools to orchestrate multi-step workflows across tools.
Identify automation opportunities and support tool changes and enablement.
Support pricing, packaging, sales compensation, territory design, and quotas.
