Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, to lead systems, processes, and reporting across Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

You'll own Salesforce health, renewal workflows, forecasting, and cross-functional cadence, partnering across teams and leveraging AI tools to streamline recurring RevOps tasks and drive scalable growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Experience supporting complex fund administration or services-driven revenue.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and data governance.
• Experience owning renewal/expansion workflows and forecasting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with CRM and BI tools for reporting and analytics.
• AI fluency: applying AI to orchestrate multistep RevOps workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Revenue Ops partner for Fund Administration, aligning priorities across teams.
• Own Salesforce health, data quality, workflows, and governance.
• Lead end-to-end renewal/expansion workflow design and docs.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and cadence with finance and sales.
• Build dashboards to monitor pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance.
• Define engagement rules and smooth handoffs between departments.
• Collaborate with Fund Administration, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
• Use Claude to automate recurring RevOps tasks and improve outputs.
• Identify tooling improvements and drive change management.
• Support pricing, packaging, and territory/quota processes with leadership.
