Juniper Square is seeking a Manager, Fund Administration to lead the fund accounting and reporting teams across Private Equity, Real Estate, and Real Estate Loan funds. You will oversee deliverables, drive workflows, and act as a technical accounting expert for major business decisions.

The role emphasizes scaling operations in a fast-growing environment, implementing new systems, and delivering a best-in-class client experience with close collaboration to product and client teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, real estate, or real estate loan funds.
• 3+ years of people management experience including hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a hyper-growth startup environment.
• Experience with fund-level accounting and reporting for complex fund structures.
• Advanced understanding of accounting transactions, private equity structures, and reporting.
• Knowledge of waterfall, IRRs, distributions and capital calls calculations.
• Interest in applying technology to improve operations and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead buildout decisions for team structure and operating policies.
• Develop and improve fund administration workflows and efficiencies.
• Interface with clients to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage a team of fund accountants and provide coaching.
• Oversee audits and reporting, including annual statements and tax support.
• Interpret recent accounting developments and advise on impact.
