Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the go-to-market forecasting processes, booking and credit rules, and related policies. You will collaborate with sales leadership, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and Data in a global, all-remote environment.

This senior individual contributor role requires hands-on experience running forecast processes and a practical understanding of how a sales organization operates.

Responsibilities

• Own the policies that define how deals are booked, credited, and forecasted.
• Identify process problems before they affect the numbers and drive fixes with the right teams.
• Partner with Revenue Systems to build policy into system rules, validations, and alerts.
• Improve forecast methodology by tracking actual results against the forecast and explaining variances.
