GitLab is hiring a Senior Director, Revenue Analytics to lead a high-performing team and own the strategic vision for sales and customer analytics across the company. You will work with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, customer experience, and revenue growth throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales Strategy, Customer Success, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Enterprise Data & Analytics to deliver actionable insights and drive

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams in sales, revenue operations, BI, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Revenue Analytics team.
• Support AI self-serve initiatives within the Field.
• Own the analytics roadmap across sales, customer success, and professional services.
• Develop forecasting, pipeline, capacity, and predictive models.
• Build customer lifecycle analytics (onboarding, product adoption, engagement, churn risk, expansion).
• Provide strategic leadership on metrics, insights, and data for GTM migration to a consumption model.
• Create executive artifacts, integrated reporting, and strategic analyses.
