Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the documentation and maintenance of go-to-market policies and rules of engagement for the Field Sales team.
• Respond to policy questions and support the resolution of policy-related disputes through Salesforce Chatter, case requests, and the Sales Support Slack channel.
• Apply established policies carefully and identify questions that need escalation.
• Maintain accurate data, process documentation, and best practices for first-tier sales teams.
• Work with operations, strategy, sales compensation, and sales systems partners to support consistent processes.
• Identify documentation or process gaps and share them with the appropriate team members.
• Support policy updates and annual planning activities as business need
