Job summary

Verygoodsecurity is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations & Business Insights to drive the end-to-end integrity of our GTM data and revenue reporting. You’ll own metrics from capture in the pipeline to KPI dashboards, ensuring the source of truth across leadership dashboards.

Lead data architecture with Data Engineers, manage Salesforce hygiene and outbound tools like Clay.ai, and translate business needs into technical specs, enabling proactive revenue insights.

Qualifications

5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Data Analytics.
Expert Level: Salesforce Admin and Sigma; Looker/Tableau equivalent.
Experience with Data pipelines; you are comfortable writing SQL and investigating pipelines.

Responsibilities

Own tracking of company, client, and product metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to manage data flow via Fivetran, Salesforce, and Sigma; translate requirements into specs.
Investigate billing issues and ensure billing logic matches commitments.
