Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead the go-to-market operational infrastructure across sales, customer success, and finance. You will own reporting, forecasting, and process design while partnering with GTM leaders to improve pipeline visibility, data quality, and execution.

This is a cross-functional role blending analytics, systems thinking, and technical translation to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced AI skills with experience integrating agents into workflows.
• Expertise in Salesforce, including the ability to architect reporting structures and write developer-ready requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into precise technical specifications for development teams.
• Fluency across Gong, Salesloft, and Highspot, with strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain GTM reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks in Salesforce and AI tools.
• Deliver strategic analysis that anticipates pipeline risks and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and standardized data tracking.
• Act as the operational partner for GTM leaders in process design and management.
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement on training and adoption tracking.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce development.
• Manage reporting fluency between Salesforce and connected platforms.
