Ladders is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Leader to own the operating framework for revenue planning, forecasting, and CRM governance across the sales organization, with a remote US-based role. You will partner with revenue leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, align execution, and support growth decisions, while shaping territory design and compensation planning.

• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related field.
• Experience building/defending data models for business decisions.
• Strategic advisor to revenue leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain CRM architecture and data hygiene throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and uphold a bottoms-up capacity model for growth targets.
• Provide a single source of truth for revenue reporting to the executive team.
• Manage the end-to-end forecasting process with clear stage-exit criteria.
• Lead a weekly Demand Council to align on revenue strategies.
• Track competitive presence within the pipeline.
• Collaborate with the CRO on territory design and compensation plans.
