Job summary

Weedmaps is seeking an Account Manager on-site in Irvine, CA to drive client growth and satisfaction. You will manage a book of business, identify opportunities to enhance revenue, and help minimize churn while supporting billing efforts.

In this role, you will collaborate with Account Executives, train clients on platform usage, maintain data hygiene in the CRM, and relay client feedback to product teams. A BS/BA or equivalent, 1 year in Ad Tech sales or account management, and a data-driven,

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in Ad Tech sales or account management.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Data-oriented, analytical sales approach.
• Customer-centric with strong relationship-building.
• Experience presenting to clients on-site or by phone.
• Cannabis industry experience.
• Salesforce and Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business to meet revenue and retention goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to grow client business with Weedmaps marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive value and log opportunities in CRM.
• Train clients to increase usage of the Weedmaps platform.
• Maintain CRM data quality including billing and contact info.
• Communicate billing updates to support collections.
• Relay client feedback to improve products and processes.
