B-Stock is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to lead analytics, systems, and processes across sales, account management, and marketing, driving pipeline, forecasting, and GTM technology.

This is a people-management role overseeing a small team, with AI-enabled automation and data integration as core levers.

The position requires on-site in Boston three days a week (Tue–Thu) with remote work Mon and Fri, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
• 2+ years experience managing or mentoring a team (2+ direct reports).
• Experience optimizing full-funnel revenue processes including pipeline, forecasting, and commissions.
• Hands-on familiarity with core GTM systems (Salesforce + Marketo/LeanData/Outreach).
• Experience applying AI tools within sales/marketing operations workflows.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop 3 direct reports across sales analytics/operations, GTM systems, and marketing operations.
• Set shared priorities and standards across the team's platforms.
• Remove roadblocks and maintain a consistent operating rhythm across the team.
• Evaluate and introduce AI capabilities to improve operations and reporting.
