Southwest Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager Revenue Management to lead leaders and analysts in maximizing revenue across the network, aligning people, assets, and network decisions to changing business conditions and long-term company objectives.

This role partners with Commercial Leadership to provide strategic insights, guide decisions, and drive initiatives that support revenue growth and operations performance. Dallas-based, you will work from our headquarters during business hours.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial Executives
• Advise and guide revenue, variance, and trending analysis for key performance drivers
• Advise and guide the development of new forecasting models and improve current models
• Establish deliverable timelines for plans, analyses, projects, and presentations
• Oversee revenue analytics and decision support at Team/Department/Executive levels
• Provide root-cause analyses for RM and Commercial Leadership
• Collaborate with Yield Leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Build strong relationships with internal partners to maximize revenue across levers
