Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a senior Revenue Operations analyst to provide independent weekly forecasts for Global Sales, explain movement and risks, and partner with the operations team to drive action. You will deliver insights into forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and geographic and product differences, shaping leadership discussions.

You will partner with sales leaders and finance to ensure timely, data-driven decisions and robust reporting across quarters and the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, revenue operations, sales strategy, or commercial finance.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing performance for a large sales organization, including presenting insight to senior sales leaders.
• Strong SQL and advanced reporting skills, with the ability to answer questions in real time.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce pipeline data.
• Ability to work with senior sales leaders, including presenting findings that run counter to expectations.
• Comfort working in a matrixed structure alongside operations and finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide the analysis behind the weekly Global Sales forecast: independent view of quarter/year outcomes, commentary, risks, and upside.
• Prepare the forecast for the executive review, collaborating with the ops partner who runs cadence and identifies gaps, risks and upsides.
• Explain week-over-week movement by cause: pipeline, deals, losses, timing, or changes in judgment.
• Analyze pipeline health: coverage, generation, stage conversion, velocity, slippage, and future-quarter sufficiency.
• Identify risk before it affects results, with evidence and recommended response.
• Measure forecast accuracy and bias for this business segment.
• Run deep dives by geography, segment, product, route to market and team for decision-making.
• Provide insights for quarterly business reviews, growth priority reviews and deal reviews.
