Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a senior Revenue Operations contributor to own the Global Sales forecast analysis, explain weekly numbers, assess risks, and guide actions for leadership. You will work with the operations partner, delivering pipeline insights and performance context across the organization.

You’ll run deep dives by geography, product, and route to market, measure forecast bias, and support quarterly business reviews with data-driven recommendations. This role is remote in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, sales or revenue operations, or related areas.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing performance for a large sales organization with senior leaders.
• Strong SQL and advanced reporting skills for real-time data interrogation.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce pipeline data.
• Ability to present findings to senior sales leaders and work in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis behind weekly Global Sales forecast and identify risks and upside.
• Prepare the forecast for leadership reviews with identified risks and actions.
• Explain week-over-week movements by pipeline, deals, timing, or judgment changes.
• Analyze pipeline health: coverage, stage conversion, velocity, and linearity.
• Identify risks early with evidence and recommended responses.
• Measure forecast accuracy and bias for this business area.
• Run deep dives by geography, segment, product, and route to market.
• Provide insights for quarterly business reviews and deal reviews.
• Collaborate with operations business partner to scale shared needs.
